Cppcheck Premium 23.12.0 released

We are happy to announce the release of Cppcheck Premium 23.12.0!

The update addresses several false positives and implements numerous Autosar rules. It also improves checking for various MISRA C rules, addressing false negatives as identified by customers/users. Additionally, all remaining checkers for MISRA C++ 2008 have been implemented. This update is based on Cppcheck version 2.13.

• Based on Cppcheck-2.13.
